Refund Processing
We will review your refund request within 5 business days of receiving it. If approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days of review and will issue the original payment method.

Exceptions

If the item is damaged or defective during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can provide a replacement or refund.
Personalized and discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, refunds will not include the original shipping costs; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
